Specify credit or refund for out of stock titles if paying by check or money order. All refunds are by check in U.S.$. Note that prices are subject to change without notice. All records are factory fresh and stocked in quantity, except when indicated.
 

CREDIT CARDS: MarterCard,Visa are accepted. The minimum charge is $20.You will only be billed for what is shipped. We can only send to the cardholder's billing address. Please include the credit card number, expiration date and cardholders signature (when possible).

CATALOGUES: Subscribe to our monthly list for 12 issues for $4 U.S. & Canada, $7 overseas. You will be placed on our mailing list upon ordering and receive the next major catalogue.
 

OUT-OF-STOCK TITLES / BACK ORDERS: In the event a title is out-of-stock when you order, please indicate if you are willing to wait and, if so, how long to ship your order complete. Or indicate if we should split your order (send the items available immediately and back order the out-of-stock items) and for what time period you are willing to wait. Split orders must pay the shipping charge on each parcel. You are not charged for an item until it is sent. Do not to reorder an item you have on back order. You will get it twice. Otherwise, specify credit or refund for out-of-stock titles. Credit slips are valid for one year from the date issued only.

RETURNS & LOSSES: Returns accepted within a month of purchase only. Positively no returns without prior authorization, defectives will be replaced with the same title within a month from purchase only.Except for mis-shipped records, all other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please insure any return parcel. (Return instructions are in every parcel) We can not accept the responsibility for any loss over 1 year old or lost or damaged parcels uninsured (overseas).
 

DOUBLE PACKING: U.S. & Canada add $2. Overseas add $2 surface shipments, $4 air.
 

BOOKS: Books & magazines are followed by a letter code for shipping purposes. 4 AA's = 1 item, 2 A's = 1 item, 1 B= 1 item, C = 2 items, D = 3 items, E = 5 items, F = 6 items, G = 7 items, H = 8 items. See shipping charges (below) for futher explanation.
