OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES AND PROCEDURES

INFORMATION FOR ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Note: We can remove CDs from their case to lower shipping charges. Please inquire, if interested.

INSURANCE: Optional, but suggested especially for surface shipments. Parcels insured for minimum value.

PAYMENT: All methods of payment are fine, but in U.S. dollars only. We prefer payment by bank draft (in U.S. dollars only, payable on a U.S. bank) sent to our P.O. Box address. International money orders are fine, but slow (3-5 weeks). Cash or traveler's checks in registered mail only, at your own risk.

BOOKS: Books & magazines are followed by a letter code for shipping purposes. 4 AA's = 1 item, 2 A's = 1 item, 1 B= 1 item, C = 2 items, D = 3 items, E = 5 items, F = 6 items, G = 7 items.

CREDIT CARDS: We welcome MasterCard and Visa. Please provide card number,expiration date,signature, home phone number and billing address (we ship only to the cardholder's billing address).

Notice: We have experienced very few cases of lost or damaged overseas parcels. However, by placing an uninsured order you are taking full responsability in case of loss or damage. Insured parcels are covered only for the value insured.

1. UNINSURED PARCELS AND 14 ITEMS OR LESS

The initial item includes either 1 CD, 2 Singles or 2 Cassettes. The same applies for additional items. LP's are equal to 3 items. For large, uninsured orders, we may split the order into 2 or more parcels to get a lower shipping cost. Note: there may be an additional charge for some of the heavy items.
